Girls from Leadership Academy taking part in weeding, harvesting vegetables and crop disease assessment in the farm. They learned how to take care of the farm and most importantly farm management and crop monitoring schedule.
The farm is meant to cut the cost of feeding the girls. This approach is cost effective and produces fresh vegetables and cereals for the girls. The extra harvest can be sold for income which will give the Centre extra income to sustain itself.
